DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Your order will be sent by GLS to the home address you specified.
If you are not home when the postman delivers the package, he/she will leave a message telling you where to collect the package (usually the nearest collection point).
Your order is delivered to the frontdoor, with our current transportpartners it is not possible to deliver to different floors or a location other than the frontdoor.
The delivery period for your order is between 2 and 3 working days (subject to change).
Pomax has partnered up with GLS for deliveries. Once GLS has received your order from us, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
It will contain the track & trace number allowing you to track your order.
You will receive your order within 2 working days of the shipping confirmation. We will notify you without delay by e-mail should we be unable to meet this delivery deadline.
Why don’t we offer free shipping?
There is a very simple reason:
We work with a reliable transport partner (GLS) and, as long as drivers, trucks and fuel are not free, we must charge a flat fee per order to transport the goods to your chosen address. We made a conscious choice not to incorporate the transport costs in the price of our products and hence ship the goods at no extra charge. We believe this would be unfair to those customers who choose to pick up the goods from our stores.
Obviously, together with our transport partner, we do our utmost to set a fair price with regard to goods and delivery costs.
